Working Principle

The magnetism of AlNiCo magnets comes from the interaction of aluminum, nickel, and cobalt atoms in the alloy lattice. Through specialized heat treatment and magnetic orientation, the magnetic domains align in a highly ordered structure, producing strong permanent magnetism.

Unlike NdFeB magnets, AlNiCo domains remain stable even at very high temperatures, making them ideal for applications requiring high flux density and thermal stability.
